onside law advised Three-D-Signs Limited on its completion of the acquisition of Three-D-Signs International from the original patent owners of the 3D Sign Technology.
This technology allows sponsor logos painted in 2D on sporting pitches to appear 3D on television. Three-D-Signs had previously acquired a majority stake in the company from IMG in early 2000.
