The penultimate race of the current A1GP season takes place in Shanghai on 12/13 April, with no fewer than 8 national race teams still mathematically in the running to win the Series, including Great Britain who are currently in 4th and Ireland in 8th. We continue to advise many of the teams on their driver, sponsorship and other commercial agreements, including notably recently advising Team Indonesia on their major sponsorship deal with state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina.

onside law has been instructed to provide general legal advice to dunnhumby, global leaders in “relevance marketing”. onside law partner Oliver Hunt is seconded to dunnhumby, the company behind the Tesco Clubcard, on a part time basis to advise on various retail marketing issues. Oliver says, “this is a great example of how our quasi in-house offering can work. We provide dunnhumby with a seamless extension to their in-house team by using our expertise in the marketing industry and our previous experience of being in-house. It is an exciting company to be involved with as it advises lots of major brands on their retail marketing and it is a good fit for onside law”.
