Onside acts for Jimmy

Onside Law acted for England fast bowler, Jimmy Anderson, in his recent defence of a disciplinary charge levelled against him by the ICC following a formal complaint from the BCCI (the Board of Control for Cricket in India).  If found guilty under the ICC Code of Conduct, Jimmy faced a potential lengthy ban from international cricket, including from the remaining two matches of the hotly contested ongoing Test Match Series between England and India.

We were therefore delighted to secure a dismissal of the charge against Jimmy following a 6 hour hearing before ICC Judicial Commissioner, His Honour Gordon Lewis AM on 1 August 2014.
