Nathan is an Associate at Onside Law, joining in 2023. He specialises in commercial and employment law in football, advising Premier League and international players, leading agencies and clubs on transfers, player contracts, image rights, endorsement, sponsorship and licensing deals. He helps clients structure agreements that protect reputations and deliver long-term value. He also advises on employment matters, including termination agreements, high-profile exits, and disputes over salary, bonuses and disciplinary issues.
A licensed football agent, Nathan combines legal and agent expertise to provide a complete service. He also leads the firm’s FIFA Agent Exam teaching and preparation, having guided over 150 agents to pass and developing deep expertise in FIFA’s regulations on players and agents.
Away from his desk, Nathan is a UEFA B licensed coach and enjoys visiting football stadiums around the world. A lifelong Arsenal fan, he also creates content breaking down football regulations in plain English.
