Ben is an Associate in the Corporate team in the London office having joined the firm in October 2024. Prior to Onside Law, Ben trained and qualified into the Corporate team at Allen & Overy.
Ben advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, supporting clients from the earliest stages of their journey through to high-value deals. His experience includes ranges from setting up new venture structures and navigating early-stage funding rounds to advising on billion-pound joint ventures and M&A transactions. He has worked with a wide spectrum of clients, including individual founders, early-stage companies, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth funds.
Notable career highlights include advising the England and Wales Cricket Board on the sale of its eight The Hundred ‘teamcos’ and the restructuring of the tournament, as well as acting for an institutional investor on the acquisition of a minority stake in a high-profile Formula 1 team.
Away from work Ben can usually be found cycling laps of Richmond Park as he is training for his first (and last) IronMan or singing to Les Misérables at his karaoke parties!
