Adrian is an associate focusing on corporate work for clients in the sports and media sectors. Adrian has prior experience working on a wide range of UK and cross-border transactions, including private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, reorganisations and restructurings.
Before joining Onside Law, Adrian spent time in the corporate teams at Clifford Chance, both in London and in Sydney, and Fried Frank in London.
