Isabella is Onside Law's Practice Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.
She brings a distinctive perspective to the role, underpinned by a background as a New Zealand-qualified barrister and solicitor with experience spanning corporate, commercial, fund management and property law.
Before her legal career, Isabella spent several years working in marketing and strategic management, advising global brands including Dyson, Frucor Suntory, Nespresso and Pepsi on experiential marketing campaigns and regional strategic development and expansion. This mix of legal training and commercial, client-facing experience shapes how she approaches practice management, combining attention to operational detail with a broader strategic outlook.
Outside of work, Isabella is a keen outdoor enthusiast. She is a passionate skier, having spent a season travelling across Europe on the slopes, and also enjoys tennis, hockey, golf and mountain biking with her partner.
