Before joining Onside Law, Will spent ten years as a professional rugby player, representing Wales on the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
Will is an Associate in the Corporate team, acting for clients in the sports, media and entertainment sectors. Will advises investors, corporates and founders on a range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, equity investments, reorganisations and restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters.
