Adam acts for a broad range of clients including individuals, rightsholders, teams, agencies, brands and data-driven businesses. He has also spent time on secondment at the Rugby Football Union and the Lawn Tennis Association.
Adam’s practice predominantly involves general commercial matters including supply of goods/services contracts, agreements relating to the exploitation of data, software and intellectual property rights and sponsorship/endorsement contracts. He has particular experience in the fields of technology and digital media.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Sports Law and Practice and is ranked in the “Hall of Fame” for Sports Lawyers in the Legal 500 directory and is recommended as a notable sports law practitioner in the Chambers directory.
