Robin is a Senior Associate specialising in M&A and investments in sport. Robin also advises on commercial matters with a particular focus on the golf industry. Robin joined Onside Law in 2019 having worked at a large national firm prior to that.

Robin advises investors, governing bodies, rightsholders and athletes on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and general corporate advisory work.
Robin has advised on a broad range of football investments across the English Premier League, EFL, National League and the Scottish Premiership as well as investments in English, Welsh and South-African rugby union, tennis, golf, basketball, SailGP, E1 Powerboats and more. He also supports early and growth businesses within the sports industry.
Robin also acts for a number of professional golfers and rightsholders within golf on general commercial matters, having previously spent time on secondment in-house with the DP World Tour.
In his spare time, as a long-distance season-ticket holder, Robin follows the fortunes of Heart of Midlothian FC and is also a long-suffering Scottish rugby fan.
