Freddie is an associate with a focus on commercial work across the sports and media sectors. Before joining Onside Law, Freddie trained at Bird & Bird, during which she gained contentious and non-contentious experience, and was seconded to the Premier League.

Freddie has worked in-house for both Paramount and the Walt Disney Company Limited, where she advised on a range of commercial and IP matters and negotiated distribution agreements with national and international broadcasters. Freddie’s time in-house has provided her with a valuable understanding of a client’s needs, meaning her advice is both empathetic and pragmatic.
Away from her desk, Freddie brings the same sharp instincts to the netball court, where she plays a stealthy and strategic Goal Defence. She’s also a fan of outdoor swims at London Fields lido (weather permitting, of course) and remains a hopeful – if occasionally heartbroken – Liverpool FC supporter.
