Henry has experience advising investors, corporates, rightsholders, founders and athletes on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.
Prior to Onside Law, Henry trained and qualified at Travers Smith where he predominantly worked on UK and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, acting for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on acquisitions, disposals and equity arrangements.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys playing and watching all sport, particularly cricket.
